Hello again!
I'm back with a new modern home! This is a more minimalist-looking home, yet the interior is very detailed. This was built on my Gnub's Island World Save. It's my first sandstone home, hopefully you enjoy it as much as I do.
I really recommend downloading the world save, because it feature more exterior work that I have done and really adds to the project as a whole. Now for the project itself :)
The home is very large and features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms as well as some interesting design ideas. It uses a 4 block grid to distribute the interior space. The home has a 1st floor guest suite, with full bathroom included. Sadly, the paintings and some trapdoors have screwed up in the schematic, so they cannot be imported.
On the exterior, a large patio with 2 pools. I've included a shaded outdoor living area along with a modern pond stretching down the right elevation. A sidepath leads to the patio from the left elevation.
