My last home of the release today is a modern home I've been working on in Single Player during my free time. Hopefully you'll like it! :D
I highly recommend downloading the World Save, since you'll miss out on a lot of additional work I've put into the entire project.
The house's 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious kitchen and large great room round off its interior space. On the exterior, the house has a distinct minimalist look on the facade yet has a more detailed and modern look on the other elevations. It also has a garage and outdoor patio. In the world save, the home is located on a beach, features a pool, a landscaped pond near the home and even more patio space.
