Hello! This is my first submission to PMC and i am hoping to become a big part of this forum with my Modern house/skyscrapers. My first build is this Modern House which i have named Oasis (as well as modern house 1).
The features of my first build include -
- Gazebo
- Kitchen
- Hall
- Living Room
- Garden sitting area.
- 2 Ponds
- 1 Pool
- 4 big trees
- Bedrooms.
I have decided to not furnish this building because this is on the form of a schematic so i think you should be able to make it your own!
COPYRIGHTS. I have made this building all by myself and I am more than happy for you to use this building for cities ect. But I WILL HAVE TO be notified of this otherwise I will be annoyed. You can PM me to ask. Also I do not allow this building to be used all by itself and published NO EXCUSES. Please inbox me for any questions regarding this and i will be more than happy to answer them!
Texture Packs - I have used a splendid texture pack by MrFruitTree.This texture-pack can be found here - www.planetminecraft.com/texture_pack/pamplemousse---a-semi-modern-texture-pack/ . Also make sure you check out their other builds which have inspired me to make this.

- Contempocraft. The texture pack. Due for release after the new year.
- Modern house 2 - Due for the 23rd of December.
- The Contempocraft Christmas Funhouse. Due 25th of December. Or if not 26th.
- Modern Skyscraper 1 - Due for release with the Contempocraft texture pack.
- Modern Super yacht 1. Due for release late January.

Hello, ive decided to come back to this map and completely re-design the interior of this house, an update will come later this month but PLEASE DO NOT UPDATE if you are happy with an empty interior.
