Hey Everyone! Just wanted to get my new project out there! This is a modern island house! I am calling it the Mahhiki Island Residence. This is what I have so far (Basically the exterior). I hope you enjoy what I have so far! I will update this within the week with a world download, and the finished interior!
Here are a few of the features.


-Infinity Pool Overlooking The Ocean
-Yacht Dock
-Several Seating Areas Overlooking the Ocean
