I started a Native American theme map about 6 months ago. I decided to challenge myself to building a project based on the Mound Culture archeological sites found in the Southern United States, because I have never seem a project in Minecraft about such a place. I have mostly started on the main grand pathways for the build. Haven't made quite as much progress on the mounds and homes themselves yet; mining and placing dirt takes a long time. lol
