The cannons and fire guns work without Movecraft, but the ship itself flies with it.
Armament:
2x WST dual-barreled turrets
24x Fire guns (11 per broadside, 2 aft)
3x Torpedo launchers with 2x 5m torpedoes in each
Hangar:
1x Falcon
I'm back! Managed to break my laptop, buy a new one, break it too and get it repaired only to find I can no longer get schematics off the server I build on :D
Oh, and please don't get mad at me for calling it an Akizuki-class. I am aware it looks nothing like the real one, nor is it supposed to. The name was only used because I am very fond of IJN ships and their names! :p

i know the turrets have to have a wide aim arc but i feel they're underarmoured- what if you hid them with pistons?
have you tried making fire gun turrets?

I had one ship with AA-turrets on it and it was ugly. And they probably wouldn't be very effective.
effectiveness they would be pretty lame yeah lol (unless you use command blocks) but they're pretty easy to make look cool
