I don't really know what to say, its normal skyblock with multiple islands. Every island has a hidden chest that includes 1 special item based on the biome + some other useful items and some sort of mob that might help you.
The nether and end is NOT changed there are gate ways to the detentions but I left them untouched and focused on the main world. I might change the end and nether to be more skyblocky form in the future but as it is now I don't plan on it.
