This is my fall trap. The mobs spawn fall then die. It is very simple to build since there is no water currents or anything pushing the mobs. It saves resources and time. You may have to wait a little but you still get a decent amount of stuff. Simple enough for beginners and does not use a lot of resources for non-cheaters.
