Level 11 : Journeyman Warrior

So this is my first actual custom map. Its just a single mountain on a flat world. Its not the Lonely Mountain, which I plan on making some day. Its not my best, but as I get better I will upload more maps.

It looks nice for a first attempt. I'd reccommend getting some custom brushes if you don't. If needed, I can send the ones I use.
Also, depending on the type of mountain you're making (ridged, billowy, etc), you need to make it a certain way. The best way to make it look realistic is to have it spread out in several directions, somewhat like a star. Here is an example from the map I am currently working on (http://gyazo.com/a8e301ca9422ebb1a076be10f605b25e)
As you get better and practice you should easily be able to roll out a good 2k map in an hour or so :p

it looks good for your first map, im glad that you didnt make your mountain that steep, and like legend6546 said, it would be a good idea to get some brushes, in fact let me see if i have any decent ones for you <3

looks pretty good, I would get some custom brushes and I would not make that mountain as steep
