How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

This is a city I've started working on ever since before 1.8.1 and have just kept adding to. I don't mind if people use this map for servers but ONLY IF THEY LET ME KNOW AHEAD OF TIME! The amount of things I've made on this map makes me think that it would be extremely hard to explore it ALL LEGITLY. Keep in mind that this was back before 1.8.1 so little caves, no strongholds, etc. Enjoy and tell me what you think!
