I have created some simple houses with spiral stairs (for most) and a few towers in some. Also, some modular pieces to create your own houses with MC Edit schematics. Most of the houses have 3 floors, and some have yellow wool below the ground level (for basements) to make it easier to import into the ground (without needing to fix the ground). They are mostly open plan so that you can define the internal rooms.

To use just import in MC Edit and then select the individual schematic and paste (untick the import with air option).
You can swap the yellow wool blocks for air blocks (or whichever material you want).

Modular sections note: The modular sections have x3 end caps (put at the end), x1 straight part, and x6 connection parts. Just overlap the parts to fit them together.
