to install the map just download it. when finished open your minecraft directory by going on Run and typing "%appdata%" and press enter. after a folder will open and you will see a folder named ".minecraft". open that folder and you will see another folder named "Saves". copy and paste the one you downloaded into that "Saves folder. thats all. there are lots of videos on how to do this if this is to complicated for you.
