Remember to diamond if you enjoy the map, or just think it looks pretty cool. Thanks in advance!

I am now working on the sixth map in the series! It will include more advanced mechanics using the new command blocks, be multiplayer compatible, and will allow players to respawn! The map is approximately half done and all of the mechanics are in place. However, since it uses compact, advanced mechanics, I can make it much larger than the previous maps! It will be marginally larger and will offer much more play time!

Untoten Rache. Untoten Tiefen. Untoten Drei. Die Untoten kommen. Four buildings, four stories to tell of your life and your death. They are back again with an all-new fifth map; Untoten schar! A Nazi facility of unknown use; now crawling with the undead folk. Will you survive, or will you join the ranks of the dead?

Untoten schar features more advanced redstone to give the ultimate zombie survival experience. Completely vanilla; just load the map and play! No annoying mod installation required.

The map is set to hardcore mode... If you die, the map will be deleted! Luckily in the download there is an included "reload" batch file to make playing again simple, instant, and easy.

The zombies come in waves. First, in waves of one per barricade. Then, two. This continues to advance, every five rounds. If you don't care for them as you go, the horde will build up and will overwhelm you! Don't hide in that corner for too long.

The barricades are composed of a doorway and an upper wood slab in front of a small room. The zombies will spawn in these rooms, and pound on the doorways. You can hit them thanks to the half slab next to the doorway! Take care of them without worrying about opening the door first!

Look for weapon shops scattered about the building. Swords, bows, even three unique perks can be found and purchased using a redstone torch mechanic! These shops are the only thing that may be able to grant you survival...

This map features a custom texture pack! It includes all the block textures you will see, special weapon textures to emulate WWII, two nazi zombie textures, and more! The texture pack does not work on a normal world and is created strictly for this map alone. Do not attempt to use it in any other map, for it will not be pretty.

There is an end! If you survive long enough, you will surely be rewarded with freedom... Or will you? This task is certainly not easy; you must survive 25 rounds of the undead to be granted freedom! Can you do it?

There is a special "Opener" achievement! The rewards it grants can mean the difference between life and death for you!

Built in and for Minecraft version 1.2.5. Not tested in 1.3 and/or snapshots.

This map and texture pack contains potentially offensive images. Do not use if you may be offended at swastikas, Nazis, or similar images. It is not intended to insult of offend anyone.

Need some help? Dying too much and want to survive?
Well, check out this section for some help!

Spoiler
  • Strength perk is a MUST. It only costs one, and costs 2 total to get to it (either direction). This boosts your hit damage, which allows you to kill zombies in 4 hits with a WOODEN sword. Iron and stone it takes 3.
  • Don't unlock rooms unless you know what you will buy, and have enough to buy it. Every room you unlock adds to the amount of zombies you will fight because there are doors in each room!
  • The random box costs 2, but can sometimes give items worth one. For example, wooden sword or smiteblade. For the other items worth the same or more, then they are partially broken already. Take heed.
  • Don't camp. If you stay in a corner or platform for too long and only fight the ones who make their way to you, a horde will form in the other rooms. Once it's big enough they'll all wander into your room eventually.
  • Juggernog is also a must! It's cheap, like strength perk, and literally HALVES the damage they can do to you. It's partially damaged gold though, so it won't last long! This perk can and will save your life.
  • Difficulty. In the spawn room, there is a lever. You can choose easy or hard with it. In easy, the center room drops two torches. It only drops one torch per round in hard mode. If it's too easy, switch it to hard.
  • The main room, boiler room, "hole" room, and small room form a loop. It can be opened all the way around starting through either way. Going through the "hole" room costs less overall though!

  • The "office" portion of the building provides unbroken iron swords for $3, speed perk, and pack-a-punch (enchantment table). Only open this room if you plan on using these.
  • Learn the AI. So long as you understand how zombies walk around, search, and attack, you'll be pretty well off. I can play through an entire round without getting hit until they horde on me, since I know the AI.
  • Smiteblade works miracles with hordes! Since it gets 1-3 hit kills, it makes short work of those large groups. Carry one in your hotbar, or maybe two. Watch out, they don't last long though!
  • After 25 rounds, the zombies stop spawning. There will almost certainly be hordes at this point, so draw little attention and pick them off one by one. Then you just might win!

I have a question for you, RipClaw -

I recently discovered the mod Ferullo's Gun Mod for Minecraft. I was wondering if I could use your map in a sort of idea I had, where I would change all the drops to things from the mod (bows to guns, random drops to guns, knives, grenades, etc).

Just a thought. Or, if you wanted, you could modify it to your liking to do that!

It seemed cool. Awesome map!

Nice that you mention it; the next version (featuring command blocks and much more) is completely functioning and playable. I am now in the process of adding more details to the interior, changing up the shops for balance, adding new shops, and other stuff like that. Still a lot of work to do, including all of the work such as title image, description, files and whatnot.

So, hope to see it eventually/soonish. I am looking for a couple people to test it out and give some feedback, though. Interested?
