I realize this historical building tath i found in New York ,this building is the first of six buildings and its part of the great project of redevelopment and restauracion of all business district of Heliopolis city tath needs a lot of new details new skyscrapers and buildings plus more details ( i put very attencion to details)with a lot of new architecture ,after some weeks of work to the project of the business district it was the time for this rectangular plot , at the time there are some boring and ungly sckyscrapers i destroy all and i start with the build , first it was this building , i choice a New York historical architecture end of 1800 century begin of 1900 century i want to see in my business district a corner tath replicate a north american metropolis with this mix of new and old architectures , this building is not avaiable in V.1 vercion of Heliopolis city mega project is a more recent project (2020). the building is very detailed how is possible to see from the pictures , it have 100%all interiors completed , at the first floor is possible to see some shops like the flower shop ( ispire by the place where i work) some high fachion botique , and a grocery store , first 3 floors are multitenant offices of lawyers studios, from the 3 floor to the last floor there are luxury apartments complete with every confort, the roof top presents two dome and some technical things like AC structure for all the building ( Heliopolis is a hot city :)) , because the building is surrounded by tall skyscrapers for all the day light is too less sorry.
