Yes, you can. :)
But you'll need VoxelSniper and WorldEdit tho. Unless if you want to do it all by hand then good luck because this thing is huge. xD

another build i hope will get a world download , i love trying to rebuild divici's work by hand. a lot of his work i took the time to build myself while having a world save of his open on my laptop beside it
