Hey there,

for the first time ever, I am participating in a build competition like this, cant wait for all the feedback and the conclusion!

However, this is my submission - it's what I think of a modern, sleek and smooth living experience. Given the opportunities of the standard texturepack, color and material combinations are carefully picked aiming to create the most convenient atmosphere for a stay at this refined premium hotel penthouse. Among other exclusives, this penthouse suite features 1 and a half bathrooms including a full-size bathtub; a divided living and dining space and a fully stacked larder enabling Steve to flex his cooking skills. 

The penthouse is divided into two stories to maximize the spatial use - the first story is for living and dining as well as having friends over for a theme party whereas the upper story aims on providing maximum privacy and a chillout atmosphere. Also, Steves super expensive suits and fancy clothes dont need to be placed on a random chair in his bedroom any longer - the master bedroom has a hidden walk-in closet entirely separated from the living space.

Overall, conceptual separation makes the penthouse the only penthouse you would ever like to stay at.
