One Independence Plaza (formerly the C.S. Steel Building) is a 37-story International styled skyscraper, located at 1 Independence Street, Limettan, NLC and completed in 1973. Formerly the C.S. Steel Company Building, it was renovated in 2011 after Bank of Citrussia purchased it.
