72 undergound parking spots for VIP's
60 in stadiums chairs for journalists
Ppress conference hall with 60 chairs as well

Sorry I couldn't bring any pictures from the undergound sections, Chunky's light emitters would crush my OS.

Update!
I considered the comment about the parking spots, changed the parking areas look, and built a 4 floors parking lot, all these increased the parking spots number to about 4,000. (I know it's not alot but considering future projects like a shopping mall nearby, and public transport stations, I think I got this covered)

I also built the 'Stadium' train station, one of future many!
