the latest release is 1.3.2 and the latest snapshot is 12w40 b or something like that.

"3.2" refers to the version of the Adventure Map, not to the version of Minecraft.

It really comes down to putting the time into it. I started this project two months ago and it started off as just being a few floors.

I came back to it recently and decided to use a lot of ideas I had thought of during my time of not building anything.
