This is my first time uploading to PMC, so my one command creations may not work well, but I tried my best.

To install the one command creation, go to http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=jAvxrdzg and select the ENTIRE page. Then, go to Minecraft and type "/give @p command_block" in chat. You need to be operator for this to work. Paste the command in the command block and click "Done". After that, power the command block and it should build the machine.

You will be given some items. The first items you will get are GravUp and GravDown. They only work in a radius of ten blocks. You can delete them by using the "delete" item. It deletes any GravUp or GravDown in 5 blocks around it. You get a special snowball, but what it does is a surprise; you have to figure it out yourself. WARNING: DON'T USE THE SNOWBALL ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR BELOVED STUFF!!!!! You have a recharge item in case you happen to run out of items or you drop some in lava or fire or something. Sorry I couldn't say all that in a YouTube video.
