Above him, was a fortress Steve could not believe. it looked like a jumble of building styles. Mostly medieval architecture, but with an underworld styling to it. There, for some reason, was also a rather large section that looked, for some reason, modern. most signs were written in a language extremely foreign. As he was walking along, he found a journal written in English. Most astoundingly, it was a version of English commonly wrote by New Yorkers. Steve was amazed. He started reading:
Day one of my journey
I am explorer happyman323, hired by nasa to explore the newly found, cube shaped planet, known to nasa as Planet-Minecraft. I have been required to have a journal to record my adventure and to keep me from developing outer-space insanity. And thankfully its working. An entire 24 hours of staring into space gets to you if you don't haveyour brain alert. Tomorrow i should arrive.
Day Two.
when i woke up, i found myself on a deserted planet. this is obviously not Planet Minecraft because the
majority of the landscape is red rock formations and lava. I have found a fortress. it is very small and badly built. i also met some locals today. They look disgusting. Because of their resemblance, I have come to refer to them as zombie pigmen. apparently, they have never heard of electricity, automobiles, or computer systems. And especially not people. They do, however have a single mirror. To my amazement, and horror, my entire body seems to be made of rectangular prisms.
Now steve, being a reasonable man, assumed that another had been there before him. but one thing he couldn't understand. Why had Happyman Described this beautiful structure as poorly built?
Steve kept reading, hoping he would find the answer.
Day three
Today, i met with the mayor. We came to an agreement. The town would help me fix my shipon one condition. I would help rebuild the town calledFort MacWither.
For some reason, journal entries 4-10 are missing. Steve was sad about itbut kept reading
Day 11
The designing of a whole new town has been frustrating. The hardest so far is the generatorwhichis almost finished. the generator housing, however, takesa massive ammountof materials. Idon't thinkwe will be able to finish on time.
Day 12
Something doesn't feel right as i go to sleep. I am sure that something will happen. I justdon'tknow what.
Day 13
The Headof the Worker Safety department has reported a gas leak Coming from the lava-supply tower. Im sure that everything will be alright though.
It started getting dark so steve found a place to sleep in the fountain room. He decided to continue his research in the morning. He never got to though. The gas got to him first.
Apparently, all of the construction caused a pocket of natural gasses, mostly carbon monoxide, to be released, killing all of the locals and our two adventurers.
