Built this for a friend on his server after he asked for a boat. Built this from scratch with no planning (which usually works out terribly) but I think it came out okay! Has a bedroom with two beds underneath and a crafting area.

Oh yeah, if you guys want a DL i can probably rebuild it in SP and upload a schematic/world save
