MINECRAFT 1.10! it may work on other version, but i dont know

it is 16 BIT BASED - but you can cut away the 2/3 and the 3/3 of the addressdecoder on the right side to make it 8bit wide. look at the circuit and you will understand :D

RAM MODULE fully addressed 16 bit High&Low for the CPU OS project Lukasser2,MCArschel and I are working on currently.

It is 2kb big and each module has 512bytes

ez to handle :
diamond = address //
green = module 00 -11 //
yellow = enable //
purple = save //
orange = read //
grey = kill all //
red = input //
blue = output
enable bit for operations must be on.
just make SURE THAT YOU DONT KILL IT IF YOU HAVE A LOW PC! ITS A DEBUG OPTION!

it can store High,Low and both . if you only want it for an 8 bit bus, build a multiplexer and take abuse the high,low feature for instant double memory.

the DFF module itself is 100% stackable.

insanely fast for a dff pistonless system! no wasted repeaters, max 10 ticks for the highest adress to be read and written.
maybe the fastest . smart design ( sideways to make more space for storage and not for bits ) , 2 wide , address design overlapping to get both sides ( INSANE performance boost and saves A LOT of space )

if you need less than 1kb, just cut off the modules like in the picture.

my old acc was long forgotten ( ok, my fault - i lost the password :D ) RIP xxXMONSTAXxx
