Introduced in Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back, the GR-75 Medium Transport, commonly referred to as the Rebel Transport, was one of those starships I feel are overlooked in Star Wars. The transport was used by the Rebel Alliance as one of their staple starships in their fleet. The rebels used them as troop transports, rescue ships, supply ships and some variants were fitted with weapons. The transport had many roles in the rebel fleet, but its true and best role was a cargo ship. The GR-75 Medium Transport had a MASSIVE cargo capacity of 19,000 metric tons and can fit all of that inside its armored clam-shell-shaped hull. A fast ship with high cargo capacity like this one is a must-have for the Rebellion. This was a challenging build as there were many different looks of the ship. The look I based this on was its first appearance in Empire. There's no official interior for it either so I made my own interpretation.
