Grand Cathedral, it acts as both the seat of the throne as well as the location where the citizens would go to pray to the holy spirit, this is due to the fact that most (if not all) citizens of Roland follow the religion of The Holy Covenant.
Royal Houses, acts as the manors for the King and the King's Hand.
Dragon's Breath Foundry; large smelting room (this will be renovated to be something else, any ideas?)
Roland's Brew, the tavern of Roland - one of the social hubs of the city.
National Bank of Roland; large storage for the city's supplies and houses the King's Vault.
Planned buildings; add more vegetation to reduce the industrial look and make it a bit more cozy.

Tower of Terror, a tower in the city in which mobs are enabled, so soldiers can train skill level off of the monsters that spawn inside.
Dueling Arena, a dueling square for soldiers to hone their PVP skills against one another.
Archery Range, a shooting range for archers to practice their accuracy with their bows.
Blacksmith, a blacksmith courtyard for soldiers to repair their weapons.
Planned buildings; barracks (for weaponry / armory storage - temporary quartering place for troops - room for debriefing).

Sir Peyton's Manor; a large noble manor.
Planned buildings; roughly 10 more noble manors for incoming important citizens of Roland.

Planned buildings; roughly 50 more residential houses for incoming citizens of Roland.

King's Landing; a store owned by the King, it sells enchanted books.
Mining Emporium; a mining shop that sells cobble, stone, iron and gold ingots.
Good Mood Food; a large chain-restaurant, currently being relocated to a larger plot in the trade district.
Mitch's Store; currently the plot is purchased but no building as begun.
Planned buildings; a large inn (social hub) and 42 more shop plots need to be purchased and built upon by citizens.
