A retail store I made based in-part off of a coastal shop I worked at last summer, as well as a variety of shops near where I live.
I thought it'd be cute to try my hand at a tourist-y clothing store, essentially.
I think my favorite thing about this build is that you actually could roleplay in it if you wanted to, and sell merchandise and restock it, since all products are put on armor stands!

The armor stands were created using this website: Minecraft Armor stand.
I got the colors for the leather armor with this website: Minecraft Armor Color Generator - Minecraft Command Science.
The resource pack is OzoCraft 1.13 (don't have a link for that one).
I used Worldedit to place blocks back into place after spawning the armor stands.
