History:
The Delphin belonged to the Seebärderschiffe of Norddeutscher Llyod. The ship was a paddle steamer and had two masts, one Funnel and a speed of about 10kn. On board, 500 passengers could be taken. The crew consisted of 19 people.
The Delphin was launched on June 3, 1905 and left in July for her maiden voyage. The seaside steamboat was used between Wangerooge and the mainland.
How the ship was used between the world wars, is not known.
In February 1951, the ship ran in front of Wangerooge and was seriously damaged. It was scrapped in the same year.
