Sorry about not finishing the Dauntless yet. I know I've pushed it off a lot, but at least now I have a good reason! One day I opened the world to add some rooms to the one deck I haven't touched yet, and the entire flight deck disappeared. All of the coal blocks. I'm in the process of replacing them while simultaneously building Skylord vessels for Celestial Chaos and making a tutorial about how I build my ships, which involves building yet another. Since I haven't updated my account for over 2 months, I decided to release my current two Celestial Chaos ships: my heavy and light fighters. I'll upload the heavy fighter once I finish with the title picture, but for now enjoy the Harpy!
Specs!
As the Skylords found more and more threats coming from the stars, mainly the Republic of the Dragon, they needed a way to defend Earth not just on it but above. Skylord Brony was commissioned by the Air Navy to design the initial vessels, with two fighters coming first to provide some form of defense as larger starships were built. Incorporating technology acquired from trading with Miraculum as well as independently-researched and contracted sources, the SF-18 Harpy was designed as an inexpensive (relatively), fast, maneuverable, and powerful carrier-based fighter, specifically for the Andromeda-class carrier currently under construction. The fighters are also capable of operations from Dauntless- and Nimitz-class supercarriers of the Skylords and allied United States. Manufactured by Brony Aerospace, Harpy has been authorized for export, with examples currently undergoing testing and pilot training in the United States, Australia, Britain, Japan, Israel, and Germany, albeit with downgraded weaponry. It is propelled by VASIMR electromagnetic thrusters set on high-thrust, which are powered by a miniature nuclear reactor and fueled by Xenon-based propellant. To meet the dual-environment requirement, proprietary anti-gravity generators supplement the thrusters and the lift that they generate from the wings. There are currently 3 active squadrons of Harpies with 30 fighters each, and 2 more on the way for immediate assignment to the Andromeda. Variants are planned for stealth, electronic warfare, intelligence, and ground attack.

I just can't see how these could have such a high mass. Unless there's a secret about the compressed plasma having distortion on nearby solids?
In any case, mass is of no concern in a void, so additional protection seems actually viable. These fighters are probably your greatest asset in space, limited only by the mission endurance of their occupants.
Regardless, they look fantastic.
Thanks!
