Simburbia Java Edition is a custom map for Minecraft. It is a city simulator system with plot relationships, power systems, overlays, money, population, abandonment and of course disasters.

ONLY WORKS WITH 1.8.5 or earlier. Doesn't work on 1.8.6 or later.

The basement opens after your first month is done. Just check the town hall :) If it isn't open and you're finished the first month already I wonder if you maybe weren't playing on render distance 10...

10 or more, so 12 is fine. Not sure why the basement didnt unlock for you, there is nothing special it should just open on its own after the first month... it has in every LP Ive ever watched.
