This simple house design incorporates an all-in-one feature. There's a mine, tree farm, wheat farm, shelter, lighting, and a bed.

What else could you need? This is a very nice design for a server that doesn't allow huge plots for houses to be built on.

No download or schematic? I am not very good at building good looking homes and you have a nice style. It'd be nice to download this and walk around, count out the sides, proportions and contents of each room in order to gain an idea of how to better myself in house building.
