Sky Port is a transportation hub for flying ships. The ships are carried by dragons and the port is a tower with docking facilities for the ships. The spiral stairs in the center of the port lead to the peers for boarding the ships. A bridge connects another cloud island with the port island.

Just to put this in perspective, there are people putting out projects that are, quite literally, nothing more than a ship, or a single dragon.
This has ships being carried by multiple dragons each, and that's only a small section of it.
