This map is a take on the traditional skyblock format, you've likely seen things like it a thousand times by now.

This version comes with a datapack that allows you to obtain a few items and blocks that aren't normally accessible in standard skyblock, the main one being obsidian. Another thing is the addition of an end portal frame 100 blocks from the main island, if you get enough eyes of ender, you can access the end with this. Your starter chest contains mostly the traditional items (you can see in the screenshot) but also contains a FULL bee nest, for if you want to obtain honey. Overall it should still be a mostly vanilla experience, with just a few additions to make it more completable.
