This was a design based on a handful of designs i've seen and worked on personally over the past couple of years (i cannot reference them all as i cannot remember them all). The tower is a 27 story tower with two green roofs. One in the middle of the tower, and one on the roof. The tower is located in the New Quarter in the South District.

You should try the flows HD texture pack. Its good for modern and is smooth and realistic-ish. Heres a link to a 1.7 version of the texures:http://www.planetminecraft.com/texture_pack/flows-hd-revival--17-support-/Its the texures i use and its really easy to make things look good :)
