This is third of a series of modern houses coming along onto my pmc account. The house may be small but it has all of the amenities of a full home. I may be building more modern houses later on but I have decided whether I should or not.

The texture pack being used in the images is Flows HD texture pack.

Both the schematic and the world file are up for download so feel free to download either one and let me know how I'm doing with these projects. I'm just beginning to get into modern style building so its a little rough for me. Any suggestions or criticisms will be greatly appreciated.

Do you know how to use DropBox or MediaFire? If you do, I would HIGHLY recommend putting the worlds up for download. I would go a step further and say use MCEdit to get a schematic so people can just import it into their world. Your work looks good, but it would really help your views if people were able to download your work.
