What's better than one ship? Two ships! Therefor, here you go with the sister to the SS Weser, the 'SS Ems'!
Like her sister she was constructed by the Friedrichswerke within the free-state of Friedrichsburg and was finished two months after said sister. Her namsake beeing the north-western german river Ems. Together with the Weser she sailed between Emden and New York forming a profitable duo for her owners. In 1888 she suffered a coal fire while beeing turned around in Hoboken, it burned for several days but in the end it didn't make much damage with the ship only beeing delayed a couple of hours.
She stayed on the route to New York for some months longer than her sister before beeing outclassed and switched to Asia until 1905. Unlike her sister, the 'Ems' wasn't bought by anyone after that and so, in 1906, she had to be sold to a scrapyard where she was promptly dismantled.
!NOTE! This ship, along with it's story is fully custom.

I hope you'll like the ship! ;D
