Finally uploading this here. As usual this is 100% Survival!!!
I did a bunch of research online to find motivation to get the shaping right, there is still a large amount of work to do, but I should be done soon. Well as soon as I am not preoccupied with other projects.
*The tale of the ship*
When I build anything, I like to take progress shots, these help to aid in t he immersion. I like to see how I changed the landscape(seascape in this case) over time.
1. Built the frame
2. Made it a hull (watertight)
3. Added some decks, and cannon ports
4. Changed the color
5. Changed the color again....mind you this is expensive and time consuming in survival :D
6. Put up the masts, adjusted hieght and spacing
7. Created the main sail and fwd sail(
8. Created the rest of the sails
9 Re created the sails on the fwd mast...wrong size is wrong.
10. Rigging and support lines throughout the ship.
11....I NEED TO ADD DETAIL AND INTERIOR
12. HIRE A CREW!
......then.....We set sail onboard the SS Kinkayed!
