The SS Minecraft is a ship that was in the royal fleet of Notch during the days of creation, It was originaly captained by Captain H. Brine. During one of the ships adventures to "The Nether" the captain was said to have vanished. He is said to still wander these unfriendly lands, searching for the souls of those who abandoned him there.



Today the SS Minecraft is a symbol of power, The captain today is called Jeb, he uses the ship as a way to transport new items, creatures, materials, plants and other inovations to the lands of Minecraftia. Still it is one of the most feared ships amongst pirates (as the ship has been hunting quite a few pirates in its time).



I built this ship on the creative server Mithrintia, which is now open for the public :D check out their planetminecraft site and other stuff.


You May:


  • Use this build in an adventure map, but remember to credit me :)
  • Build new versions of the ship (airship version, more cannons, interior etc... As long as you remember to give me credit for the original ship (also please link to this post)
  • use the ship as background or decoration to a youtube video.

You May NOT:
  • Take credit for this build, or claim that it is yours.
  • Use this ship (as it is now) in another larger project without my permission (without doing notable changes to the ship)(adventure-maps are exceptions)
  • Sail this ship into Mordor ( One does not simply sail into Mordor)

Eh, This isn't a steam ship so "SS" doesn't make sense. It should probably be "S.V"

You are right. Sorry about that XD I thought it meant "Sail Ship" but that would be stupid... I'll change it right away.

This is a great ship schematic! I hope you don't mind that I changed all the end stone to glowstone. It gives it a better lighting effect at night I think. I also think that you should add an interior. Keep building awesome stuff.
