Standard Coal Building
Originally Built a lot smaller in May of 2016 when Bakerstown was meant to be smaller, and as Bakerstown Changed so has this building. I am deciding to post it on here because this version of the building is one of my best buildings that I have ever built in detail and realism. Before the official release I do want to furnish the lobby.

Short Standard Coal Building History (Bakerstown Version)
Completed in 1931 it was the headquarters of Standard Coal for the region. Was the headquarters until 1978 and it was abandoned. Sat vacant for 25 years until it was renovated into office and retail space. In 2001 it was designated as a Historic Building.
