As far as I know the actual size of the AT-AT has never been official established. Many estimations range from 15-30 meters tall. for my build I chose it to be 27 blocks tall because it allowed for decent accuracy while still being a realistic size. The interior is empty and I will most likely not anything to it.

The height of the AT-AT has been officially established as 22.5 metres tall in Canon with other models such as the AT-ACT being taller the AT-M6 being much taller then the previous and the AT-AT also has earlier versions which were shorter such as the one used at the end of the Clone Wars or against the early rebellion cells such as on Lothal in Star Wars Rebels.
