I don't find people building status much. From my observation most people didnt know how to build a statue of human form, and do not know where to start with.
I think it is a build requireing high skills. One have to know the structure of the human form.
e.g. human head is 1/8 or 1/7 of the human body heigh, and other length such as length of arm,...etc
I did some findings on other maps building these structues...
Even westeros kinda failed. The 5th and 6th picture are from westeros, look at the hands and position. The elbow is not length till your shoulder...etc Try standing up and experiemnt the length yourself,

I think, people who want to build a structure of a human form, should learn about the anatomy of the human form. I draw them; I think drawing helps in how you want the gasture of your staues to have, then I convert 2d into 3d, with some imagination.
Always all the steps of learning can be skipped if your talented. :)
