Great job porting over the map but... WHY ARE THERE WITHER SPAWNS EVERYWHERE?!
Seriously, almost anytime I go to do ANYTHING there's a dispenser full of wither spawn eggs. I had to delete and re-add the world just so I could go back in and turn mobgriefing off, because there were so many stinking wither dispensers! and this clearly wasn't in the original version of this map. there's a dispenser that's supposed to spawn a slime for a short fight, but instead a FREAKING WITHER came out of it.
good job, you trolled me, haha, i really don't find it all that funny.

What do you mean by "differ slightly?" Because, another port of the same world basically had the original map poorly slapped into another world, the most obvious problem being the huge random desert cliffside next to Delfino Plaza.

Also, sorry if I explained it weirdly, it's hard to put into words.

The Super Mario Mashup Pack template world was originally created for Minecraft Wii U Edition. Since then, the template world has officially been ported to the Nintendo Switch Edition and Minecraft Bedrock on the Nintendo Switch. Different versions of Minecraft have different world generation, even with the same world seed it used. Because of this, you will get weird world generation outside of the areas that were generated long ago. For example, the weird desert terrain outside of Delfino Plaza.



As far as differing slightly, Minecraft Bedrock and Minecraft Java are not exactly the same and the inconsistencies between the two versions causes some changes in the template world. For example, in Peach's Castle there are some paintings that are supposed to be where the Star Doors are in Super Mario 64. The paintings are missing in the Java port of the template world because of the carpet. In Minecraft Java, paintings and blocks cannot exist in the same space, but they can exist in the same space in Bedrock. There may be other minor changes in the world that are caused by the jump from Bedrock to Java.

I remember loving the Mario mash-up pack when it came out on wii-u because I Loved to "Play" Mario games with my siblings (with a controller that had no batteries), so even then I had nostalgia for it. Now I came back to it with my five year old nephew, and still knew were every little thing was with as much certainty as how to make a Peanut butter and Jelly sandwich. I ended up spending a good 20 minutes just listening to the music discs and remembering when I first heard them.

Thank you for spending so much time and having this dedication so that I could have this moment.
