This project is going to take a while, but it will be worth it in the end.
This is a recreation of (so far) five Super Mario Bros. levels, including extra mini-games for you to gain extra lives and power-ups, and a final boss battle (I am thinking of the Bowser Boss Battle in One Command, created by TheRedEngineer, but I am unsure at the moment)
Update: I will actually be using a "Herobrine" boss fight I found here on PlanetMinecraft while browsing for a bossbar tutorial.
I am currently in school, so I don't have much time to work on this or any of my other projects for that matter. It's still a work-in-progress (I have already found a few bugs), but I am trying my best with the Redstone circuitry to make it work.
Update: No longer in school (was in High School), but now I have IRL work, but I will still be working on this as much as I can!
The four areas include World 1-1, as much as I could do it.
Update: I have created the fifth level, which will be the side-scrolling level World 2- Castle. It's gonna take a while to set that bad boy up with the commands.
TIPS / Known Issues
Pipes: To get into a pipe (if you hear the sound of a pressure plate on it), sneak for a moment and you will hear the "Pipe" sound. If you sneak for more than 10 ticks (half a second), you will "teleport" a second time in the pipe, and could cause issues. Will be fixed soon.
Item/Coin/1up Blocks: To break one, stand under it and jump. In the event a block does not give you an item, simply set the block back to "yellow_concrete" and attempt again. This bug will be patched soon.
P-Switch: Re-textured Gold Pressure Plates (light-weight). Regular model has not been textured...keep that in mind. Break the lucky block below it, step on the plate, and wait.
Star Power: Each time you kill a Goomba, you will get points. If you are invincible and die in a pit, sometimes the music will continue to play; should this occur, you can either run "/stopsound @a * starman" or "/stopsound @a * starman2"; bug fix soon.
Reserved Items**: Soon, I will be implementing the "reserved items" technique from previous games. So, eventually each time you get an item and want to save it (such as star), you can put it into a specific slot in your inventory and it will be "reserved".
Don't even ask me how I'm going to work out the hurtful characters (such as Goombas or the Pirahna Plants - maybe including another TheRedEngineer One Command Creation, such as the Super Mario Maker in One Command?). It'll work. I promise.

PS: this map is going to be Multiplayer and Single-player compatible, complete with custom textures, sounds, music, and models!

Welp..it finally happened. I have rendered my map completely useless. Usually I make a backup of my maps before I begin editing, but this time I didn't.
With 1.15 just releasing today (December 10, 2019), I will be making the conversion from 1.13 to 1.14. When Spigot/Paper releases for 1.15, and as does the plugins I am using to assist my building, I will updated it further to 1.15. For now, I have to deconstruct, or start from scratch, the datapack controlling the entire thing (moving away from Command Blocks, as datapacks are faster and less resource-intensive - multiple commands at once, instead of being in block form using space!)
I am still working on this project, but now it will take even longer since the datapack broke itself (even with me deleting my playerdata)
