This is my world design for a Superflat survival world. I've built in a lot of things, including a house with things like chests and items in them to get you starting.
I've made a house with two floors that you can expand if you want. There are certain workstations and a wide range of chests. Most of them are empty but some of them hold resources and tools essential for survival.
Other resources nearby your house hold the key between your life and death. The forest provides all the wood you need. There are beehives with a lot of bees busy at work so don't bother them. The stables right behind your house hold a horse and some animals. (As I have said before in the picture gallery, this is not animal abuse! They have hay bales and a nice home safe from mobs. They don't need feeding anyways.) The water pool right in front of your house gives you sand and obviously an endless supply of water. A bamboo forest allows you to make items like scaffolding and bamboo wood. Not only are the two giant jungle trees the homes of bees, they also grow cocoa beans. Perfect for cookies!
Special mention: the lava pool holds a lot of secrets. Not only does it let you get cobblestone and lava, it also holds secrets. Of course I won't tell you what. You can find out by yourself by downloading the world and playing!
There's a small farm next to your house that contains fully-grown wheat, potatoes, carrots and beetroots. Yes, I know! A lot of you hate beetroots. In that case, you can just harvest them and discard of them. Just remember to burn the bodies.
That's pretty much the whole world, but I'll be adding a Mediaeval update soon which is another blog so you have the choice of playing the original here or start a new world with new possibilities.
