There doesn't seem to be a ladder to get out of the left lung when you get to the end. I'm assuming since there is one for the right lung you just forgot to add it?
(SPOILERS?)
Also, I had no idea experience dots could follow the player like that. That is a really cool idea!
Could you add an english translation sign in the head room? Google translate suggested that the sign says "Remove pathogens from the head". Are we supposed to do anything in this room?
