It's very nice to have plenty to work with straight from the get go and you did a good job at supplying the player with nearly everything they'd need to start a game in complete comfort, but there doesn't seem to be a tree for quite a ways. Without that, you need to start taking apart houses for sticks for your tools or possibly get lost sailing away to find a sapling. It can be a nice challenge to work with, but I'm not sure that's what you were going for.

Nice, I always disliked how long it took to start up farms.
