You can't see anythink 3 meters in fron of you because of the deep night. You have a specia power to generate torches below you LOL and it works in multiplayer, just follow this 3 rules:

IMPORTANT RULES

1-Set the gamma option to -5, in the options file of your .minecraft to -5 In the download file i have added an options file. Don't touch brightness value, it must be at -5
2-Don't unload spawn chunks. If you don't know how to do it, just google a bit ;)
3-Survive!


Other rules:

1-Move wherever you want.is a survival map whith special conditions...
2-It's just a normal map, a survival world, you can create a pigman farm, or a iron far,  buit a house... whatever, it's a diferent 
type of game.
