Here are my TARDIS interiors, featuring the models from 2005, 2010, 2012 and 2018.

I'm always keen on staying true to scale, so these designs are all as close to 1:1 as I could manage. I also tried to make the consoles compatible with functional buttons and levers. The 2012 design manages this with pistons that extend down below the floating console area.

For the 2005 design, I placed trapdoors on the console and I think they're crucial to get a shape reminiscent of the rounded shape from the show. You could remove them and put buttons and levers in their place, and put pistons underneath. What I did when I actually recreated it in survival was put lecterns underneath the console with comparators leading out. It's a subtle change and you can change the redstone output by flicking the pages of a book.

For the 2010 and 2018 designs, I couldn't find anything I was happy with except to use carpet to get the right colour. 2018 especially looks a bit clunky, I think. I'll probably come back and amend the designs in the future. I'll also make the 1996 design and maybe some more classic designs as well.
