Background

This map is the first of a new up and coming selection of high quality well made and planned maps by Team Anthium which was created from
the minecraft server Anthium.net. The map was composed by xFlakesID and Timmystitan who recently spoke for the first time, after playing
minecraft and building together for over a year. We are now in the stages of producing more and more maps because of this new revolation
we hop you enjoy the map and please leave your comments, suggestions and ratings in the comments down below.

About Island Assault

Island assualt was inspired by Pirate Battle Royale contructed by FVDisco and Sethbling both redstone masters, there channels can be found
down in the links and downloads section at the end of this post. The games story is that a English navy vessel from Britain has found a
isolated bandit base/pirate base in the middle of the vast ocean seperating the cotinents of the world. When the english vessel arrived they
came under immediate fire from the badnit base, the bandit base has treasure located in the middle odf it that they want to keep hold of
and not loose it to the British vessel. The Ship is a high classed vessel in the navy and has three directable and power adjustable cannons
located on the deck below the top deck. It also has many intended strategic points, one such place is the rigging and most of the crows nest
at the very top of the ship which gives the player a full view of the map, the crows nest can be used for deligating orders to team mates or
for ahighly trained sniper, where they can sit up there and actually shoot right into the pirates base, which can come in handy when wanting
to stop incoming attacks to the boat.

The base is situated on a volcanicly formed island that rose from the sea beds surface millions of years ago. The base has three canonns situated
on the base. There are two on the front of the base facing the ship. These cannons are used to take out the other teams cannons to prevent cannonballs
from hitting there own fortifications which will become apparent in the rules later. The base also has a back passage *spoiler* tghe back passage
is a tactical defecit for the base and leaves a weakspot, were attackers from the boat can sneakily if not detected gain entrance into the base
and sabatage enemy operations. So it is advised that you elect team mates to protect hthis back passage. Also there is one last cannon situated
on the island, this last cannon is built into the 3rd tower which is facing to the east of the boat. This cannon is souly used for firing upon
enemys that are trying to get round the flank. So the island has a strong side and a weak side making it a tactical nightmare for the team
leader to allocate men to each side.

Rules

*The aim of the game is to destroy the other teams cannons. This can only be done by shooting one of your own cannons and making it hit there cannon
directly making it disabled.

*The only other way of destroying enemy cannons is by "sabotage". The only way you can sabatage the enemy's cannons is by physically going into there
cannon comaprtment and destroying A pice of redstone making the cannon un-useable.

*Players may not spawn in items once they die. Players which have died will respawn in the spawn box and if decided in your game may be given op, to fly around
and become a spectator in the game. BUT. if the players with op decide to spawn items in for there team then they shall be disqualified from the game and if
wanted, Banned.

*Players from there own team may not join the other team mid-game.

*Food is not provided to speed up the game if people are not going for the cannons.

*The game can last for an infinite amount of time but it will eventually end from starvation.

*You may NOT /time set 0.

*Use the items provided on which ever side you choose. (Armour,Weapons and Arrows).

*Armour relating to team (Chainmail,Gold) should be wourn at all times so teams can be established.
