Hello everyone! It's been a few days, but Im still here. Thought I'd share with everyone the beginnings of my latest airship project. She's going to be called the Tetrarch, another ship featured (rather prominently) in a book that Im writing. She's modeled roughly after a dagger that I purchased when I was younger. In the story, she was the flagship of the Imperial Armada of Arkellia before her commander turned to evil, selfish motives. She then became somewhat of a legendary "cursed" airship, known as the Dagger of the Skies". Her armor was made of obsidian and she boasted the Empire's first ship-mounted Aether cannon.

***UPDATE***

Finished the main exterior superstructure, beginning work on the accessories, such as the sails, cabins, etc. Am open to suggestions - should I try and place a zeppelin balloon on the ship, or leave it without one? (In the story, it stayed aloft using special crystals that repelled gravity.)



***UPDATE 2***

Added more of the sails. It was voted that I would leave the zeppelin balloon off this one, to stick with how the ship functioned in my story. She's looking rather streamlined and almost battle ready. Still have a bit more to do, such as finishing the interior and maybe tweaking a few more of the sails, but she's almost there guys! Might even have the schematic up today!

***UPDATE 3***

She's done! Had to lay out the decks and make sure she had satisfactory accessories. She's got room for 16+ crew members plus the captain! A new feature that I didnt have on the Arkellian Battleship is the ship's brig, which has room for three prisoners (or mutionous crewmembers!). Also added a couple of double propellers for added speed.
