A Minecraft Single Player Adventure map
'The Ark

Stranded on a small boat in the middle of an endless ocean you must learn to survive with only the minimum of supplies and equipment.
You have only a few seeds and saplings to grow and two of each farm animal to breed, and only a small amount of food to survive on during your first few days. But with a little time, effort and inginuity youo ll be able to develop a thriving community full of almost everything you could want in Minecraft.
Instructions:
You will spawn either on the boat or at the bottom of the ocean (if you do, swim immediately for the surface without pause and you should get there just before you drown).
Learn to live and grow using the limited supplies found on the boat. Grow what you can, as carefully as you can as much of what you find is irreplaceable. Trade with the villagers and fight mobs to collect other items. It is amazing what youo ll be able to do with so little.
The are some items and blocks that youo ll never be able to get but a long list of what you can: you should be able to develop a system of obtaining an infinite supply of wood, dirt, grass, sand, glass, stone and everything these blocks can make. Every type of food is possible so long as you take care of all your plants and animals, and lots of other items can be made from the produce from these.
Hints
There is no land, anywhere. There is a bottom to the sea: youo ll need to go there.
You only have one seed and one sappling for each plant. You only have two of each animal (well, three actually). You only have one bucket of lava: take care of all of these!
You start with very limited supplies of food: learn how to fish!
Villagers can provide you with a lot of items including food, rare items, armour and weapons, including those made from diamond. Youo ll need to build a village to encourage them to increase their numbers, and once you learn how to do this youo ll be one step away from having an infinite supply of iron too.
Mobs will also be a good resouce, managed carefully: bows, arrows, string and gunpowder will help you survive. Build somewhere dark away from the boat and theyo ll start appearing.
